Delicious Homemade Peanut butter!

If you enjoy the salty, creamy, delicious, wonder that is peanut butter, then this is the post for you.

Peanut butter is wonderful, we all know this, but store bought PB can be full of preservatives, sugar and extra oil. Yes there is the option of buying natural, but this can often be expensive and a pain in the butt to mix the separated oil into the peanut butter.
So where are we left?
We are left in the bulk food section!
Homemade peanut butter is both easy and delicious!
If you have a Vitamix, this will be easy-peasy, but it can also be done with a food processor!
Vitamix instructions: add whatever kind of peanuts you desire (I use 2 cups dry roasted unsalted, and 2 cups dry roasted salted) to the Vitamix. Start off slow until it starts to clump, then turn it up higher, using the tamper to help it along. Keep going until it gets to your desired consistency!
Food-Processor: is the same, except it might require a tiny little bit of oil (peanut oil works).
store in the refrigerator!
You can add other things to your peanut butter as well! Try a sweetener, such as agave, or give it a chocolate-y twist and add some cacao/cocoa powder!
I personally use peanut butter all the time, every morning in fact! Here is my go-to protein smoothie for a full and toned tummy!
