Lemon Pepper Tofu

5 ingredients, one beautiful amazing delicious heavenly dish.

I don't even remember how or when I came up with this dish, but all I know is that it was a game changer. I LOVE my lemon pepper tofu, I could have it every day for the rest of my life and still be happy on my death bed with my choice.
So what's in this delicacy you ask?
Juice from 2-4 Lemons depending on your taste buds! I usually do 2 1/2 lemons :)
Pepper
1 block firm Tofu
2 t coconut (or olive) oil
a dash of soy sauce
To make-
Drain and press tofu (i don't have a press, i literally just use some paper towel to get the excess water out)
Cut tofu into cubes
Juice lemons, add lemon juice to a bowl (preferably with top, such as a tupperwear) remove seeds from juice
Add soy sauce
Add tofu.
Put on top, flip upside down a couple times to spread out the marinate.
Let sit for 2-10 minutes
Heat up pan with oil, add tofu + marinate
Sautee until golden brown on each side!!!
Add pepper, plate, and enjoy!!!!
I promise you this tofu will change your life. I enjoy this over peas, in pasta, with brown rice and veggies, or even by itself!
