Strawberry Banana Smoothie

I've been noticing that my fat intake has been a little higher than I would like, and I was also looking to switch it up from my normal morning PB chocolate smoothie!
So I decided to make my strawberry smoothie that I made a lot last year. Its a super simple recipe that keeps you full and gives you that kick you need to start your day/workout!

Optional add in's:
ground flax seed (omega 3s)
food grade diatomaceous earth (I use a very small amount every morning!)
cacao powder (for a chocolatey twist!)
maca powder (boosts libido! I don't use this as much cause my body doesn't react that well with it)
almond meal (I use this when I don't have protein powder)
Spinach ( I usually do, but forgot this morning!) Super packed with vitamins
